I don't know who own this Heyshell, but since you provide the game and update for them, so I assume you're the leader on this game.

Lately this Heyshell do SCAM thing, they banned VIP8 as they like, and don't want to release them.
Maybe VIP8 is Cheap in Here, but in Heyshell it cost 3 times than feidou.
So It's not little money.



Even the player want to claim it back, they don't want to released it.

Think this Heyshell just SCAM people in New Server, and banned them as they like.

Neither Heyshell nor Feidou will ban any player without reasonable reasons, especially VIP players. We all try our best to make better game environment so that more players could enjoy our game. Please obey the rules and cooperate with other players. Have fun.

What kind of rules is that, we not cheat or hacked.
Even the gold hack case, ID can be released.

But this is just because some player asking help to play their ID while they on work, after get back from work, they play that ID himself. but now the Real User want to claim it back, and they won't release it.

And also based on what VIP8, VIP5, and others  can be called as CLONES.
Some people with VIP12 also did that, but you knew that their clones ID not get locked.

If you want make better game environment, not like this. If want locked, make it fair for 3 countries.

And from what I see, that Heyshell moderator is can't do them job.
I don't know if you same person in here.

But you can visit Heyshell forum, so many complaint in there.
If I know Heyshell gonna turn into SCAM like this, i will never recharge my ID more than $50k

What the point to play this game alone. It just make server dying.

Sorry we cannot solve the problems of other platform, but if heyshell ban this account, they must have some reason, like hacked, illegal login etc. For the details please ask heyshell. Last, thank your feedback
