From what i see in here, looks like the admin give same answer like Heyshell.
Are you one person who managed all this ?
And Heyshell also response VERY SLOW, I want to see how they respond in here.

So many problems, they just ignored the problem especially recharge problem.
And they do vacation on weekend.. is it in here holiday too on saturday and sunday ?
We already being spam by hack gold seller, so annoying from friday till now..
